Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 7-15+ years' experience with a recognized accounting firm or in internal audit. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to exceptional client service. Should possess creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset. Individual should be flexible, self-starting, possessing intellectual curiosity, able to interact with various levels of client and company management. Must be willing to travel 70% on an annual basis, domestic and international. CA, CPA, CIA, CFE, CMA, CISA or other certification strongly preferred. Relocation is not necessarily required, although if you live in an area where we have an established client base, you may be doing local travel on occasion.

May conduct control reviews, process improvement reviews, reengineering facilitations, IT system reviews and EDP audits. Responsibilities include working effectively on teams, helping clients improve processes, identifying and recommending internal audit best practices, preparing clear and concise workpapers, and creatively generating implementable recommendations.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5+ years' experience with a recognized public accounting firm, or in internal audit. Individual should possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-oriented attitude. Positions require 70% travel, domestic and international. CA, CPA, CIA, CFE, CMA, CISA or other certification strongly preferred. Responsibilities include process mapping and analysis, data mining, ability to gather information through personal interviews and present it to management for decision-making purposes.

IT AUDITOR

This position is responsible for performing audits to assess the adequacy of internal controls and the accuracy of data using specialized knowledge of accounting, auditing, networks, operating systems and electronic data processing. Attest to the integrity, operational effectiveness and efficiency of the client's information systems including servers, mainframes, workstations and telecommunications. Determine the level of compliance with policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and contractual obligations (e.g., software licenses) regarding privacy and security in data processing. In collaboration with the client's Information Technology Manager, will investigate IT security incidents and identify vulnerabilities that exist in the client's network environment and systems. Provide support to our consultants and the client's finance audit staff in the development and implementation of computer-assisted audit techniques and provide assistance on IT matters related to financial audit engagements.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a CPA, CIA and/or CISA designation with four years' experience as an IT auditor, and two years as a financial auditor is preferred. A minimum of five years' public accounting, IT auditing, accounting and/or consulting experience, and three years' project management experience. Individual should have knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, business law, internal controls, sound business and management practices. Must possess a sufficient knowledge of network environments and computer systems comparable to those of Fortune 1000 companies (HP3000, UNIX, Windows, Macintosh, Sun, SGI). Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary to interact with all levels of management and staff.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Control Solutions is seeking a top-performing Business Development manager to join our dynamic business development team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding current accounts across all industry sectors in conjunction with our internal audit managers within the assigned geographic territory. In addition, the Business Development Manager will be required to schedule sales calls and submit reports of sales activities.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of developing relationships at the "C" level and for working and winning large, complex accounts. This position is characterized by a sustained record of sales achievement and complete knowledge of the company’s services.

The Business Development Manager role involves:

  • Performing all business development activities that lead to profitable revenue and market share growth

  • Working with business development counterparts

  • Targeting potential clients and expanding current accounts
